Clinic Supervisor - Whitney Clinic

Goodall Witcher Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Supervisor to join the team at the Whitney Clinic. This position provides leadership and oversight of clinic staff and daily operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include

staff scheduling, recruiting and onboarding, employee training and evaluations, payroll functions, supply management, quality improvement, policy compliance, and maintaining current licensure and certifications. The Supervisor will assist with patient care, address concerns, support clinic staff, and serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and leadership.

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years of ambulatory care experience required.
