• Project-related Support in implementation of new legal regulations related to IP Support of computer-implemented inventions in the areas of AI and industrial solutions
• Close cooperation with experts from project management, product management, legal department and R&D from the group of companies
• Cooperation with external lawyers
• Participation in the development, coordination and implementation of IP-related processes, Training and workshops This is what makes you special
• Successfully completed university degree in engineering, physics or mathematics, preferably with knowledge in the field of computer science, software engineering or IT
• Good knowledge in the field of intellectual property / patents
• Professional experience in research and/or project management is an advantage
• Enjoyment of Analysis of complex relationships, high flexibility
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Organisational talent, enjoyment of teamwork Required skills Candidate should have experience & training in the intellectual property
• IP field, but being a European patent attorney is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who wants to work in the industry long-term (not just for 2-3 years to gain experience in order to later switch to an agency) As a patent engineer, you will gain insight into the wide range of technologies used in the company as well as new business areas.
