• Friday: 9AM - 11:45AM or 10AM - 12:45PM Total Weekly Hours: 13.5 hours/week Job Description Member needs dependable morning support and hands-on assistance with daily routines. Caregiver should be comfortable providing personal care, maintaining a safe home environment, and offering respectful, patient-centered support. Member is a smoker and has pets in the home - caregiver must be comfortable working around both (smoke exposure and animals). Ideal caregiver traits: reliable, attentive to safety, good communication, calm demeanor, and able to follow a consistent routine. Required Duties (Texas STAR+PLUS) Personal Care / ADLs: bathing assistance, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence care as needed, safe transfers/ambulation support as needed Meal Support: meal prep, light cooking, assistance with eating as needed, kitchen clean-up Light Housekeeping: tidying, sweeping/mopping as needed, dishes, laundry/linen changes, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment General Support: companionship, routine reminders (including medication reminders), observation and reporting of any changes to the agency Pet/Smoke Environment: caregiver must be comfortable working in a home with pets and where the member smokes
