• Friday: 10AM - 1:45PM (3HRs 45MINS a day) Job Description Member needs hands-on assistance with mobility and safe movement due to significant physical limitations. Caregiver should be comfortable providing support with transfers/positioning, fall-prevention, and maintaining a safe home environment. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to follow a care plan are important. Experience with vision-related limitations and neurological conditions is a plus. Member lives in a smoke free home and there are no pets in the home.
