Member Value Personal Banker - New Hyde Park

The Member Value Personal Banker drives branch success by identifying and executing on ways to grow member relationships with Four. Leaf through proactive effort. The requirement is to keep members’ best interests as the primary goal while matching Four. Leaf products and services to provide maximum value. This revenue-generating role includes variable pay tied to goal attainment.

This position is critical in the success of the branch to grow deposit and loan share within their market. MVPBs are accountable for goals per the performance management process. They will be responsible to make sound recommendations for products and services that benefits the members and to process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

The estimated salary for this role is $28.85/hr plus commission.
