Human Resources Business Partner - Kermit, TX (West Texas)

Iron Oak Energy Solutions is seeking a Field HR Business Partner to join their expanding Human Resources team in a challenged and growing company. The selected candidate for this position will work within a collaborative team to plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities. To perform this job successfully, the Human Resource Business Partner will effectively partner with clients to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee relations, recruitment, policies, and regulatory compliance.

The Field HR Business Partner will work in harmony with the Plant Manager and report to the Human Resources Director.
