Iron Oak Energy is looking for a dynamic Desktop Support Analyst who will have a positive impact on the Information Technology team at it’s The Woodlands, TX. Corporate office location. A desktop support analyst diagnoses and resolves technical issues, manages hardware and software, and maintains computer systems to keep users productive.

Core duties involve troubleshooting devices, configuring systems, asset management and tracking support requests.
