Regional Front Office Manager -Princeton, NJ Position is Full-time, Onsite Job Overview The Regional Front Office Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical practice management. The position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who is able to foster a positive work environment while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff coordination, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the implementation of best practices that ensure seamless patient flow and enhanced service delivery. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you will liaise with physicians, support staff, and patients, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged.
You will also have the opportunity to implement innovative systems and processes that improve efficiency and patient care.
Responsibilities
Oversite of all front office administrative staff. This includes interviewing potential front desk candidates, assisting in hiring, orientation of new personnel, explaining and carrying out policies and procedures, planning work, and time off/coverage schedules. Train front desk staff; coordinating and synchronizing all processes that are the same for all locations.
Complete and conduct staff performance reviews. Assign patient follow up calls as needed. Responsible for reviewing and approving staff timecards or other time management system. Other duties as assigned by management Cover for front office staff based on staffing needs as follows: Check Patients In/Out of their appointments Verify patient's insurance information and eligibility Have patients complete all necessary documentation prior to their appointment Collect patient copays Schedule patients follow up visits.
Front Office Manager Requirements: Fundamental understanding of insurances Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication skills Healthcare industry experience (prior medical group experience preferred) Experience with EMR systems (ECW preferred) Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field (preferred) Multispecialty, multi-location physician practice experience (preferred) Occasional travel to Lawrenceville and Flemington This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, organization, and excellent communication are valued.
