We believe great leaders come from every discipline, and we provide the banking foundations you need to succeed. ✅ Requirements We are looking for candidates who are: Recent graduates or young professionals from any academic discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.6 or equivalent. Strong leadership track record in extracurricular activities, societies, or previous internships.
