岗位职责 / Duties:

对Keeta 外卖业务商家侧运营提供数据分析和数据支持。Provide data analysis and data support for merchant-side operations of Keeta's food delivery business

与业务运营团队、前线团队、数据团队等协同方紧密合作，基于商家运营的需求，产出不同业务运营场景下的指标体系和运营策略。Work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams, identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios.

通过数据深度分析，和业务团队一起深入挖掘和洞察商家的需求，定位业务关键机会。Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities.

参与业务侧专项，对项目提供数据分析支持，推动项目的落地，并对项目结果共同负责。Participate in operation key projects, provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.
任职要求 / Requirements: 1.本科及以上学历，数学、经济学、计算机等相关专业背景优先；Bachelor's degree or above. Background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
2.5年及以上商分、数分等相关工作经验。有头部互联网公司或咨询公司经历者优先；5+ years of experience in data analysis. Experiences in top-tier internet companies or consulting firms preferred.
3.熟练掌握SQL基本功，擅长使用Python和BI工具；Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
4.优秀的逻辑思维能力，能够对问题进行结构化分析和拆解，具备独立思考、思辨的能力和习惯；Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with strong logical/critical thinking.
5.熟练掌握常用的数据分析工具，具有扎实的数理统计基本功，过往有通过分析推动业务迭代优化，拿到业务结果的成功经验；Expertise in statistical analysis and proven track record of driving business improvements through data insights.
6.有较强的责任心，优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队协作、沟通和项目推进能力。Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to lead projects in multicultural environments.
