About the Role

💭 We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialistto own Quad Lock's lifecycle and retention marketing strategy, driving customer retention, repeat purchases and long-term customer value. Working across CRM, customer segmentation and automated lifecycle journeys, you'll use data and customer insights to create personalised experiences that strengthen engagement and maximise lifetime value.
