A growing national quasi - in house insurance-focused legal practice is seeking two lawyers to join its Melbourne team: a Special Counsel and a Junior Lawyer / Associate (1–4 PQE) . This practice operates on a unique model that allows lawyers to focus on genuine legal work — running matters end-to-end, appearing in proceedings, and advising insured clients directly — without billable hour targets or business development requirements.
