Assistant Professor – Physiology

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Assistant Professor – Physiology to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, participating in research activities, and contributing to the academic development of the department. Teach Physiology to MBBS and postgraduate students through lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials.

Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities. Develop lesson plans, assessments, and educational materials. Participate in departmental research, publications, and academic programs. Assist in curriculum development and departmental administration. Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and institutional policies.

Contribute to faculty development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

MD/MS (Physiology) or an equivalent qualification recognized by NMC. Eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor as per NMC norms. Valid Medical Council registration (where applicable).
