Around 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and successfully implementing business strategies.

Advanced degree or exceptional work experience beyond a bachelor's degree. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail. Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation. Agility in shifting between various projects and teams. You articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients.

Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes. Fluent oral and written language skills in German and English.
