Maintain records of camp occupants, room allocations, and check-in/check-out activities. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs and corrective actions. Monitor camp facilities, including common areas, dining halls, and recreational spaces. Assist in distributing supplies, uniforms, and other camp-related materials. Support the Camp Supervisor in conducting room inspections and camp audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond to employee accommodation-related inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports as required. Assist in organizing transportation schedules and employee movement records when necessary. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Diploma or certificate in Administration or Hospitality is an advantage. 1–2 years of experience in camp administration, accommodation management, or a related field preferred. Computer (system) hands on experience (MS Office, email, data entry) is a must. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
