Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Experience working on EPC, refinery, petrochemical, or ADNOC projects is preferred. Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RA), and incident investigation.
