An AFL Data Governance & Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex enterprise data into trusted insights that drive business decisions, operational performance, and continuous improvement. Combining strong analytical expertise with data governance principles, this role partners with business leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring data is governed, trusted, and leveraged as a strategic asset.
Working across business strategy, data analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities, the role collaborates with Data Owners, Data Stewards, business stakeholders, and the Data Governance Council to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
