Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with attention to detail and accuracy. All required certifications and training in CPR, ACLS, and other relevant emergency care protocols.
