Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst: CLOS (ID 1296)
Job description
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CLOS/MSME lending processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand lending workflows, business rules, and system requirements. Handle requirement gathering, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities. Prepare and maintain project documents such as: BRD FSD SRS HLD LLD Design Documents Coordinate with technical teams for workflow implementation and system integration.
Work on CLOS/MSME systems functionalities, APIs, workflows, and business rules. Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for project execution and requirement clarification. Ensure proper understanding of lending products including: Working Capital Term Loans Risk Rating Financial Assessment Securities & Limits Support project lifecycle activities under SDLC methodology.
Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution validation. Travel frequently to client locations for project implementation and coordination when required.
Requirements
Medium to high proficiency in CLOS/MSME Lending domain knowledge. Strong understanding of: Working Capital Term Loans Financial Assessment Risk Rating Securities Limits Good knowledge of: LOS (Loan Origination System) LMS (Loan Management System) Credit Monitoring Collateral Management Systems Experience in: Requirement Gathering SIT UAT Documentation Hands-on exposure to project documents such as: BRD FSD SRS HLD LLD Moderate to strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Familiarity with banking concepts such as: Credit Policy KYC & AML CIBIL / Credit Score DBR / FOIR Secured & Unsecured Loans Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business and technical teams. Willingness for adhoc and frequent domestic/international travel.
