Senior Plumber Service Technician| Take-Home Van | Full-Time Reno, NV | Full-Time

Strong plumbers hit their numbers. Great organizations help them beat them. Hourly Pay: $35–$50+ per billable hour Performance Pay: Bonus opportunities tied to sales performance

Goettl has been doing this since 1939. We do things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way® — and we're built for plumbers who work the same way. If you're already tracking your performance, know what a good average ticket looks like, and are tired of working for a shop that can't keep up with you — this is the move. Better tools, more support, weekly training, and a real path forward. That's not a talking point — it's how we're built.
