Job Type : Full Time Location : New York, New York Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: Handle all phases of medical malpractice and professional liability litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions. Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed. Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and witnesses. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Experience you will need: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active admission to the New York Bar. 3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on a combination of Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability matters. Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
