Accounts Administrator (AR)

2 days weekly rest for a better work-life balance Key Responsibilities: Process project transactions and allocate costs and revenues to the correct job and project codes. Prepare and monitor timesheets, invoices, billing schedules, and payment records . Perform reconciliations and monitor project costs, revenue, retention, and unbilled transactions.

Coordinate invoicing through SAP Ariba and other client platforms and support month- end activities. Maintain accurate customer, project, and job records and respond to billing and receivables queries.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, finance administration, or project accounting support . Hands-on experience in invoicing, reconciliations, timesheets, payment tracking, and financial record maintenance . Experience using ERP or finance systems ; exposure to IFS, Track, SAP Ariba, or similar systems .

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills . Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
