Registration Supervisor

The Registration Supervisor plans, organizes, coordinates and directs registration team and assigned service areas to achieve ongoing team and CCH goals and objectives. This position conducts and coordinates registration activities and coordinates with other departments to assure quality patient experience consistent with CCH policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines to provide exceptional patient experience.

This position provides shift supervision; with priority on staffing to ensure adequate staffing in all registration areas; other focus includes process improvement, education, coaching, and schedules. The Registration Supervisor is an experienced individual who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and has a good understanding of Registration processes and procedures.
