Senior Manufacturing Engineer

For over 100 years, Amerequip has set the standard in custom equipment manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership in manufacturing process design, operational excellence, automation, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a key technical resource within the organization, partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Engineering to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is expected to lead complex projects, mentor engineers and technical staff, and drive strategic manufacturing initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
