Millroom Operator (3rd shift Weekends)

R.E. Darling is growing and we want you to join us! We are opening a 3rd shift, working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12-hour shifts in manufacturing. We’re looking for hands‑on, safety‑focused Production Operators to help produce high‑quality rubber and composite products. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, following detailed work instructions, inspecting products, entering production data, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Work includes handling hazardous materials, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Use of a half‑face respirator may be required, and candidates must be authorized to access ITAR/EAR‑controlled information.
