Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Technician - Level II

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Level II NDE Technician. A NDE Level II Technician at R.E. Darling performs advanced UT and RT inspections on composite, bonded and rubber-based flight components in accordance with NAS 410 and internal RQC standards. Authorized to work with ITAR/EAR-controlled technical data, you will execute precise radiographic and ultrasonic examinations, develop inspection techniques, maintain calibration cycles, and conduct system self-audits to ensure full traceability and compliance.

We are looking for expertise in visual and dimensional inspections, material behavior, and specification interpretation. You will support production operations, validate inspection methods and contribute to root-cause and corrective action activities.
