IntroductionIBM Technology와 Red Hat을 비롯하여 AWS, Microsoft Azure 등 Hyperscaler와 다양한 Enterprise Technology Ecosystem을 활용하여 고객 환경에 적합한 Architecture를 설계합니다. 특정 제품이나 기술에 종속되지 않고 고객의 기존 IT 환경, 기술 전략 및 Transformation Roadmap을 고려하여 지속 가능하고 확장 가능한 Enterprise Architecture를 구축합니다.Your role and responsibilities IBM의 Enterprise Architect는 고객의 비즈니스 및 IT 전략을 이해하고, Enterprise 환경 전반에서 Architecture의 방향성과 기술 표준을 수립하는 역할을 수행합니다. 기존 Legacy Application부터 Cloud-native, Microservices, API 기반 Architecture까지 다양한 Application 환경을 분석하고, 확장성, 안정성, 성능 및 운영 효율성을 고려한 Target Architecture를 설계합니다. 또한 AI, Data, Cloud 및 Enterprise System과의 연계를 고려하여 기업의 Digital Transformation과 AX를 지원하는 Architecture를 구축합니다. 주요 업무는 다음과 같습니다. * 고객의 비즈니스 및 IT 전략, 기존 Architecture를 분석하고 Enterprise Architecture 수립 * Legacy, Cloud-native, Microservices, API 및 Event-driven Architecture를 포함한 Modernization 전략과 기술 Architecture 설계 * Application, Data, AI, Cloud 및 Enterprise System 간의 Integration Architecture와 기술 표준 수립 * 확장성, 안정성, 성능, 보안 및 운영 효율성을 고려한 Architecture Principle, Standard 및 Guideline 정의 * 주요 기술 및 Architecture Decision을 주도하고, 개발팀과 협업하여 설계부터 구축까지 Architecture Governance 수행 Required technical and professional expertise * 관련 분야 경력 8년 이상 * Enterprise Architecture 컨설팅, 시스템 구축 등 IT 관련 프로젝트 경험 * Enterprise Application 기술과 API, Microservices, Cloud-native Architecture 등 설계 역량 * Application, Data, Cloud 및 Enterprise System 간 Integration Architecture 설계 역량 * Enterprise 환경에서의 AI Integration에 대한 설계 역량 * 고객의 비즈니스 및 기술 요구사항을 분석하고 Target Architecture와 Roadmap으로 구체화할 수 있는 역량 * 다양한 기술 및 비즈니스 이해관계자와 협업하며 Architecture Decision을 주도할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 역량 Preferred technical and professional experience * 금융, 통신 산업에서의 대규모 Enterprise 환경의 Architecture 경험 * AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP 등 Cloud 및 Container Platform Architecture 실행 경험 * Agentic AI 또는 AI-enabled Architecture 관련 경험 IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
