We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Datasphere Testing Consultant with strong expertise in data modelling, HR domain processes, and Success. Factors integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in validating SAP Datasphere components, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration across HR systems and analytics platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Datasphere Testing Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Datasphere components including: Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, and Analytical Models. Semantic modelling, business layer definitions, and metadata structures. Validate data pipelines, transformations, lineage, and modelling consistency across environments.
Ensure alignment of Datasphere models with enterprise architecture and reporting needs. HR Domain Testing Expertise Apply strong HR functional knowledge while testing data models related to: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, and Workforce Management. Validate HR KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure business requirements are correctly reflected in analytical datasets. Success. Factors Integration Testing Perform testing and validation of Success. Factors integrations using OData APIs. Model and test datasets sourced from: Employee Central Recruiting Compensation Additional Success.
Factors modules as required Ensure smooth data flow and transformation between Success. Factors, Datasphere, and downstream systems. Data Management & Governance Testing Test data harmonization and transformation processes for consistency and alignment with business rules. Validate data governance frameworks, quality checks, lineage tracking, and security rules.
Work with HR data warehouses such as MDFC/CDW or similar platforms to ensure accurate integration and modelling. Additional Skills & Responsibilities Utilize SQL for data validation, query-based testing, and troubleshooting. Apply best practices in data modelling and analytical design during testing cycles. Support validation of SAC Planning models and their integration with SAP Datasphere.
Demonstrate understanding of cloud architecture, data security, and compliance in testing activities.
