Job description
The Family Behavior Therapy (FBT) Therapist is responsible for providing services to address the needs of substance using parents or adolescents and their families that are involved in the child welfare system. The FBT Therapist will provide home based therapy sessions for parents and their children using prescribed protocols, including intervention handouts and assigned skill-oriented treatment interventions.
The FBT Therapist will work in a collaborative manner with families to build strong partnering relationships with individuals in the home and community to deliver the FBT model and ensure the needs of those designated are respectfully and adequately addressed.
