Audit Senior & Audit Semi-Senior Location: North London Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience A respected and forward-thinking accountancy practice in the London area is seeking both an Audit Senior and an Audit Semi-Senior to join their growing audit team. These are full-time, on-site positions offering exposure to a diverse client portfolio and the opportunity to progress in a supportive, professional environment.
The Role The successful candidates will be involved in delivering high-quality external audit services.
Responsibilities include
Leading or supporting on audit assignments across a variety of sectors Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with UK accounting standards Working closely with clients to resolve queries and build strong working relationships Supporting and mentoring junior members of the audit team Ensuring deadlines are met and audits are delivered efficiently and accurately Candidate Requirements Audit Senior: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Proven experience managing audit assignments from planning to completion Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Experience working with complex or large audit clients preferred Audit Semi-Senior: Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (no more than 3 exams remaining) Minimum 2 years’ experience in external audit Comfortable working independently and within a team Confident communicating with clients and supporting audit seniors/managers Please note: Applications from candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be considered Requirements
