Job description
As an Intern in the Founder’s Office, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing ongoing initiatives. This role is ideal for ambitious, hands-on individuals looking to gain real-world startup experience while working on high-impact projects. Strategy & Research: Conduct market, technology, and policy research on climate tech, materials, and sustainability trends.
Support business planning, pitch decks, and investor material preparation. Operations & Execution: Assist in daily execution across R&D, supply chain, and production planning. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams. Partnerships & Outreach: Support collaborations with research institutes, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and outreach material for funding and grants. Data & Analysis: Work with financial and operational data to build insights and dashboards. Support grant applications, impact measurement, and reporting. Communication & Branding: Help with storytelling, content creation (LinkedIn, blogs, reports), and event coordination.
Requirements
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are curious, analytical, and hands-on — you enjoy solving open-ended problems. Are comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments. Have strong communication, research, and presentation skills. Are passionate about climate tech, sustainability, and innovation. Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in engineering, economics, sustainability, management, or design (flexible).
