Your Impact as a Senior Paralegal: The Senior Paralegal will provide essential legal operations and administrative support to the legal department of a publicly traded renewable energy company, enabling attorneys to focus on complex legal matters and strategic initiatives.
As a vital member of the legal team, this position serves as a bridge between legal affairs and various departments, translating complex legal concepts into actionable tasks that ensure the smooth operation of all corporate and general legal matters. The Senior Paralegal is responsible for assisting attorneys in maintaining corporate records, the preparation and review of corporate and commercial documents, facilitating corporate transactions, maintaining the Company’s extensive intellectual property, and handling regulatory compliance, including public company related compliance matters.
The Senior Paralegal serves as the organizational hub of the legal function, maintaining systems and processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency across all legal work while supporting the Company's regulatory obligations as an international NYSE-listed public company. This is a key operational role that directly impacts the effectiveness and productivity of the entire legal team and the Company's compliance posture.
This role is a full-time, hybrid role in Westlake Village, CA with a degree of work-from-home flexibility. Exceptional candidates outside the Westlake Village, CA area may be considered.
