  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, EEE (or equivalent), Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred.
  • IPC A 610 & IPC WHMA 620 knowledge /trained /certified professional.
  • Ability to use CAD and Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to design processes and layouts
  • Experience with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem-solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error-proofing) techniques.
  • Hands-on experience on the THALES or SAFRON production standards as a add-on.
  • Significant work experience in a manufacturing environment like Cable harness, sub-rack manufacturing inclusive of PCBA assembly, Mechanical sub racks and electrical wiring.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
