Job description
• Reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
- Accurately categorize transactions
- Enter manual journal entries as needed
- Prepare financial reports and financial statements
- Identify and resolve AP transaction syncing issues between QBO and Bill.com
- Clean up and correct past financial records to ensure accurate reporting
- Manage and maintain up-to-date Accounts Payable/Receivable records
- Collaborate closely with Ivy and the internal finance team
