Key Responsibilities

Assist the culinary team with daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Support the preparation of ingredients and basic dishes under supervision. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Follow food safety and HACCP procedures. Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food products as required.

Gain practical experience across different culinary sections in a luxury hotel environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related programme. Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
