Key Responsibilities

Assist the Front Office team with guest arrivals, departures, and general guest requests. Support check-in and check-out procedures under supervision. Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services. Maintain accurate guest information and support daily Front Office operations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Gain practical experience in a luxury hotel environment and develop professional guest service skills.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a hospitality, tourism, or related programme. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English. Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude. Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts.
