Hospice and Palliative Care Physician, Full-time

The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician provides the medical component of the Hospice/Palliative Care Programs. The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician assists in the maintenance of appropriate medical policies and standards to meet agency, state, federal and accreditation requirements. This position will assist in providing hospice care and palliative care patients in various settings.

The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician works collaboratively with the Transitions Life. Care medical directors and staff and acts as a liaison to the Physician Community.
