Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end member onboarding and relationship development to ensure seamless integration and long-term engagement Manage and monitor member portfolios, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities Deliver personalized financial advisory services to support members’ business objectives and financial health Coordinate the full loan application lifecycle, from submission to approval and disbursement Maintain consistent, proactive communication with members to build trust and address needs promptly Promote and support savings mobilization and investment product uptake across the member base Ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards Resolve member inquiries and issues with efficiency and empathy to enhance satisfaction and retention Contribute to the design and delivery of member education and financial literacy programs Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and Agrico Hub initiatives Prepare and submit regular reports on member engagement, portfolio performance, and growth trends
