Community Support Professional – Adults with Developmental Disabilities (Poway)

Home of Guiding Hands is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout San Diego County.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in their homes and communities, helping them build independence through everyday skills such as budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, attending appointments, accessing community resources, and working toward personal goals.

No experience required! We provide paid training. You must have a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable traveling to clients location.
