Residential Facilitator / DSP – Youth Behavioral Support
Job description
Join Home of Guiding Hands as a Residential Facilitator/DSP supporting youth with higher behavioral and developmental needs. This is a hands-on direct care position providing supervision, behavioral support, personal care, daily living assistance, and community activities. Previous experience working with youth with behavioral challenges or similar high-support needs is strongly preferred.
This is not an administrative position.
