Proven track record of performing high-volume, high-quality cataract surgeries with excellent visual outcomes. Strong clinical judgment, surgical precision, and ability to manage complex and emergency cases independently. Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Proficiency in using modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, including OCT, ultrasound biomicroscopy, and phaco machines. Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and relevant state medical councils. Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning in ophthalmology.
