Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of innovative projects and initiatives with active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and closely monitor the project progress Provide research on innovation initiation and prepare regular updates on international and domestic technology trends and developments on key innovative initiatives Develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including fintech companies, technology providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to ensure successful adoption of projects and initiatives Organize internal and external innovation events to foster a culture of innovation Prepare highly comprehensible proposals, reports, presentation materials, infographics, videos and other project documents Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor or the management Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in finance, business, computer sciences or other related disciplines At least 2 years of solid working experience in innovation-related projects with business, policy or technical roles. Project management experience in emerging technologies is an advantage Participation in well-known innovation projects (e.g. Digital Currency, Gen AI, CDI) preferred Well understanding of the latest development in the fields of fintech, finance and banking Be energetic, innovative and able to manage project independently with scheduled deadlines Good project management, analytical, negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated and attention to details with strong team spirit Experience in online banking in corporate channel preferred Experience in Chinese financial institutions preferred Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) To apply, please submit your application along with your resume to recruithk@asia.ccb.com.
