- Supervise daily operations of the dialysis unit
- Oversee patient care and ensure treatment protocols are followed
- Manage and guide dialysis nurses and technicians
- Monitor inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment
- Ensure infection control and safety standards
- Coordinate with nephrologists and other departments
- Handle patient records and documentation
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluation Requirements
