Job Responsibilities
– Support nurses in providing basic patient care Help with daily activities like bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Assist in maintaining hygiene and comfort for patients Help with patient positioning and transferring Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and care areas Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Requirements Skills Required Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene Caring and compassionate attitude Good communication and observation skills Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Patience and respect for elderly or chronically ill patients
