Affirmed Home Care is expanding our caregiver team! We currently have per diem and live-in opportunities throughout Long Island , with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours . Whether you're looking for a few days per week, additional hours, or a more consistent schedule, we'll work with you to find cases that match your availability and experience.

Your responsibilities

Assisting with personal care and hygiene Providing medication reminders Assisting with transfers and mobility Preparing light meals Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Assisting with daily activities WHAT YOU’LL NEED Minimum 1 year of HHA experience Valid NY HHA Certificate Hoyer lift experience preferred Experience assisting with transfers and mobility Eligibility to work in the U.

S. Physical within the last 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years MMR immunization within the last 10 years Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
