Job description
Pay: $26.00 – $26.75 an hour. The Seasonal Milling Lead oversees the Receiving and Milling Operators. This position is responsible for the success of the Receiving and Milling Team’s safety and performance. The Milling Lead must work closely with the Shift Supervisor, Sanitation Lead, Logistics Coordinator, and Maintenance to execute all production schedules, ensure quality standards are maintained, and minimize downtime through the receiving and milling process.
Corto Harvest is a 24/7 operation from mid-October – early December so the ability to work any shift, at least 6 days per week, is required and a willingness to work up to 12 hours if needed.
