We're looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help run our store and grow with us.

The Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, lead and motivate the team, and make sure every customer leaves happy. You'll step up as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is away.

What You'll Do

Lead shifts and support the team through busy periods Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service Prepare drinks to Juicekeys recipes and quality standards Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to keep produce fresh and waste low Help create schedules and cover shifts as needed Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe store that meets all health and safety standards Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Support local marketing, promotions, and community events Help the Store Manager hit sales, labor, and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in food service, retail, or hospitality, including some leadership experience Strong communication and team-building skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm under pressure Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Basic math and POS skills Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain within [30] days) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand for long periods and lift up to [40] lbs Nice to Have Experience in a juice bar, café, or health and wellness setting Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and nutrition basics Experience with inventory management or scheduling software What We Offer Discounted juices and smoothies Paid training and a clear path to advancement A fun, supportive team culture Juicekeys is an equal opportunity employer.
