Structural Steel Fabrication Technician Location: Richmond, VA Shift: First Shift (occasional Saturday overtime as needed) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour (higher pay available based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Technician to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will fabricate and assemble a variety of miscellaneous metal products, including railings, stair systems, ladders, and other custom steel components. The ideal candidate has strong fabrication skills, can interpret blueprints accurately, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
