Shumaker Loop & Kendrick is seeking a highly motivated Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate with a minimum of four years of defense experience to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a nationally recognized team representing physicians, hospitals, health systems, advanced practice providers, nurses, nursing homes, and other health care professionals in complex medical malpractice and professional liability matters. Our attorneys regularly defend high-exposure claims involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and allegations of medical negligence across a broad range of medical specialties.
