We have an urgent hiring requirement for US Tax Reviewer Job Title: US Tax Reviewer Company: Safebooks Global Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office) Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM IST Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Safebooks Global is seeking an experienced US Tax Reviewer with strong expertise in reviewing individual and business tax returns.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in tax return preparation and review, strong technical knowledge of US tax laws, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities
Review Individual (1040) and Business (1120, 1120S, 1065) tax returns Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing deadlines Identify errors, omissions, and tax-saving opportunities Review supporting workpapers and reconciliation schedules Provide technical guidance and feedback to preparers Handle complex tax adjustments and research issues Review depreciation schedules and fixed asset reporting Assist in responding to IRS notices and queries Coordinate with US clients and internal tax teams Ensure quality control and documentation standards Requirements Required Qualifications 4+ years of US Tax experience (Preparation + Review mandatory) Strong knowledge of Individual & Business tax returns Experience reviewing multi-state tax returns Strong analytical and tax research skills Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff Proficiency in tax software (Drake, Lacerte, Pro.
Series, Ultra.
